How to make chutney
Take a mixer grinding and add some ingredients:
- Mint leaves
- Fresh coriander
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 nos green chilli
- add salt as per your taste
- 1tbsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Ice cube 1 cube
- Add some water
- Now, mix it all the ingredients in the mixer
How to make dry mango chutney
- Dry mango powder (75 grams)
- Add water of 750 ml
- and mix it well!
- add 500 grams jaggery
- For your taste add salt 2 tbsp
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- and, now melt the jaggery properly
- once the jaggery melt
- Once the jaggery is melt then it will be good consistency.
- Now it will be thin and we have to cook and make it thick.
- And now it will change the colour to dark, make the flame in medium and again we have to cook to make thick.
- Traditional Indian Tikki Chole Preparation – Now on the top it will be some creamy type, so take the cream outside a bowl and discard it.
- Now cook it for 10 to 15 minute.
- After 15 minute the colour will be dark and also the consistency will be thick.
- Dont cook more because after cool it will become more thick.
- Now off the flame and wait for room temperature for being cool.
- Now you store in your fridge.
How to cook chole
I have taken 250 grams chickpeas and i have washed and soaked for overnight. The chickpeas will be burst, Now you have to discard the water!
Now take a pressure cooker and the chickpeas and some ingredients like
- Black cardamon ( 1 pcs )
- Bay leaf ( 2 pcs )
- Cloves ( 4-5 nos )
- Baking soda ( A large pinch )
- Upon taste add salt
- Add water of 1 inch into the chickpeas

How to make tadka
- Add 2 nos of green chilli
- 2 inch ginger
- add lite salt
- Now grind it all.
Now stir it for 1 minute and cook it and now add the chickpeas and upon your taste add salt and add this ingredients
- 1 tsp black salt,
- 2 tsp spicy red chili powder,
- 2 tsp yellow chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Tamarind ( lemon sized ball ( soaked )) remove the water and add it.
- Add mix it well and 7 to 8 minute cook it on the flame.
- Now for the thick you have to burst the chickpeas.
- Now again cook it for 1 to 2 minute and upon your adjust the salt.
- Now add some ingredients upon like
- 1 inch ginger
- Roasted kasuri methi
- A handful of fresh coriander and now stir it well.
- Now our masala chickpeas is ready.
How to make tikki
- Now i hav taken 7 to 8 potatoes ( boiled)
- Now grate the potatoes and grate in the big whole.
- Add salt upon your taste.
- Add corn flour of 3-4 tbsp
- Now mix it with your hand gently and take it one side and make a small small round shape and with your hand press it lightly and make thick.
