 I’m using full fat raw milk so it’s important to boil it. If you are making basic Masala Milk then you can use pre-boiled milk too. Once the milk boils, reduce the flame & I’m going to add 4 tbsp of masala milk powder to this. Use 4 tbsp of masala milk powder for 1 litre of milk.

I’ve stirred & cooked this milk for 8-10 minutes on medium flame with masala to let the flavours seep into milk well. You can see the consistency. You have to cook the milk upto this consistency. At this stage, add the sweetener of your choice. I’ve added 4 tbsp of sugar here.

it adds to the richness of the consistency as well. If you want a skimmed out version of this, then boil milk, cool it & remove cream layer on top to get skimmed milk. which will result in a lighter version of Masala Milk.
